Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment (within usually 7-10 business days). We will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Teiin doesn’t charge sales taxes on orders as required. The amount of tax charged is based on current tax rates in effect and these rates are subject to change at any time. Shipping charges, if applicable, may also be subject to sales tax in certain states. Our products are included with tax.

This service typically includes unpacking, inspection, disposal of packing materials, transporting your order within two flights of stairs, and setting up the merchandise in your desired location
